Ken Partington Sales Limited was incorporated in 1976 to serve as Manufacturers’ Agents in the plumbing and heating industries. We joined the Canadian Institute of Plumbing and Heating in 1979 and Ken and Cathy were awarded “Honorary Life Member Status” in 2007. This is the ultimate industry recognition and we are very proud of this achievement granted to us by the Board of Directors. Our role in the industry is to act as a liaison between our manufacturers and their distributors. The benefits to both sides are enhanced by the fact that we represent a variety of companies resulting in continuous customer contacts at all levels from the counter staff, sales staff, managers, etc. This also extends to dealing with plumbing and heating contractors, retailers, specifying engineers, and architects. We have reps positioned throughout the region to attend to any situations that require attention in a timely manner. We also have an Inside Sales/Customer Service Manager on duty during regular business hours. We value our relationships and work hard to meet sales targets and service our customers in a professional manner.
